I'm dying to know what was Dean doing all this time !! I'm glad Gabriel is there to help, although I would ask him why he didn't try to help them a few times - just like Dean will, probably.... but then again, he's the Trickster. Still, I'm worried that Metatron has more power than they think / know, and might be able to escape once they break him out of jail !

Thank you! I truly appreciate your commenting as it really motivates me to get the next chapter ready! Chapter 4 addresses what Dean's been up to so you can look forward to that! I've actually written 10 chapters so far and am editing them as fast as I can to publish. Since I'm so new to LJ, I don't have a "beta," so if anyone would like to volunteer, I'd be most grateful! I'm editing Ch 4 now, so hopefully it will be ready later today. :)

I think a beta should be an English speaking person, and I'm not ! but also, bc of that, I don't mind / don't see the small mistakes ! ;o)

I'll go with your other commenter and tell my experience with a beta: I'm not a english speaking person, and a beta is essential for me, but even if I were, I'd totally have a beta, still. It's so hard to reread a story we have written ouselves,hard to catch the mistakes and the plot or continuity errors. I'm not saying your writting is bad or anything -it's really good, I enjoy, but as a personnal opinion, everyone should have a beta reader. There is a community call spn beta reader (I don't have the direct link) where you can post a request, or just ask around -like on all_spn- and you'll find someone.

Yay! I've totally got my beta now! What a relief! A good friend of mine on twitter, who loves SPN and enjoys my Demon Dean story has agreed to be my beta! Thanks again etoile_etiolee and ramona4jake for the info! :)

I think you have everyone's 'voices' really well and I can totally hear them saying what you have them saying.

Thank you for commenting on the conversations! I've tried to keep the words true to what the characters would actually say in the given situation, in addition to their ticks, like Sam's "man"s and Dean's "sonofabitch"s for example, lol. I figured if I could hear it in my own mind then it would come across to the reader as well. Really glad that seems to be the case! :)

Oh, and I've totally found a beta now! YAY!! :))

I want to know what Dean's been up to for weeks. Yay Gabriel! And a temporary solution to Cas' grace problem. I thought about Heaven's 'specialists' when Gadreel talked about his eternity of torture in Heaven's jail, nice to see them making an appearance (although I bet Dean could do better).

And if they've got access to Heaven, and it's open again, couldn't Kevin come out and play?
