I just heard about Summer Glau's guest role today. Eeeeee! If the guys don't throw in a Firefly reference among all the Terminator talk then they fail at beings geeks. I don't care if 99% of the CBS audience won't get the reference. Firefly or FAIL.

As for Charisma on CSI, I'm happy for her.

Blah to Louise Lombard. I didn't care for her in CSI and I won't care for her in the NCIS spinoff either.

I stopped caring about Pushing Daisies awhile ago but ABC's decision? So lame.

Pride & Predator is the best movie/book concept since... I don't even know.

Hee! I'm fairly confident there'll be at least a tiny reference to Firefly. I don't think they'll care about the general audience getting the reference; there are many many things in TBBT that are just as out there, I think. :P

It's great seeing Charisma do more television; she went quiet there for a bit. :/

... since Pride & Prejudice & Zombies? XD Elizabeth & Darcy as zombie hunters!

Summer Glau will appear as herself on the March 9th episode of The Big Bang Theory.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-

The Last Templar, the recent NBC miniseries, is scheduled to be released on DVD on May 5th.

I couldn't get past the first chapter of that book, it was such bad shit.

-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE SUMMER GLAU OMG AWESOME.

I've never seen Summer in person, but I hear that she is absolutely awesome in real life. I hope they can capture her awesomeness onscreen, but that might just be impossible.

I was kind of hoping that the inevitable Sex and the City sequel would be a prequel, but I guess casting younger actors negates the premise. But still, what comes after Carrie's happily-ever-after?

Also, Earth: Final Conflict = *shutter*

It's probably not so much as negating the premise as not drawing on the star power that Sarah Jessica Parker has. (She's actually my least favourite of the four actresses, but definitely the most bankable.)

I haven't seen the first Sex & the City movie but ... I thought it didn't end all happily-ever-after? Maybe I'm just confused. :/

Aww, I like E:FC -- though, to be honest, I haven't watched it in years so maybe it's just the nostalgia talking.

Yeah, I like the other three much more than SJP. Um, the movie ended happily for all but with wedding bells only for Carrie. (Mind, Charlotte and Miranda were already hitched.) I suppose Sam can find new love . . . okay, I admit, I'd go see the next movie. ^^;

I like lots of those old Vancouver-filmed sf shows, so it's all good.

Ah, I was confused! I don't know where I got it from, but I had the impression that Carrie got stood up at the altar. (This is probably why I shouldn't talk about movies I haven't seen. :P)

I'm actually glad they're pumping out the Twilight movies. The faster they're over, the faster the books can fade into obscurity, and the faster I will never have to hear about them ever again. *disgruntled*

Like Edward and Bella, they will live FOREVER. Haha. No, not really =P

I hear your disgruntlement & raise you a general agreement. :P Though, honestly, your icon has a lot to do with why I think they're rushing the movies through -- for vampires who aren't supposed to age, a longer delay between movies might result in some interesting disconnection. Like what happened with the Harry Potter movies -- they're wee & then they're not wee surprisingly fast!

I probably should have made the Blucas mention more notable so you wouldn't have missed it the first time. :P He's been in some really crappy movies lately, so hopefully a return to television is a positive change in direction.

I think you're right about Twilight -- add in some capitalising on a craze & a lead actor who is becoming more weird (in a lovable, 'oh no he didn't' sort of way) & they've got to pump these babies out fast.
