Apparently, my Branch doesn't manage enough money any more, so I will not be getting my reclassification. I have the largest directorate, the most complex set of files, and the most direct reports, but will continue to be paid less than any of my counterparts. This really sucks. I am so sorry to hear it. It seems that the disrespect starts at the top and they keep getting away with it.

*hugs* finding that work environments are really getting worse and worse lately. even on friend who works with stressed people has commented on teh increase :( take care and stay safe (and most importantly stay sane)
