What is one of the meanist things you've ever done to another person or animal?

When I was about 15, I prank called a random name out of the phone book, impersonating a doctor, and told the guy he was HIV-positive.

He was like: Ah gots AIDS?? No way! He totally bought it.

That was pretty mean, but at the time, funnier than Hell.

The two nice things I've done that stick in my mind are:
1. Letting an old friend who was just released from the military under less than honerable conditions (he spent a few months in the brig before he was sent home) stay at my house, then paid his first months rent and bought him a suit so he could go interviewing. That was almost 4 years ago.. and he just paid me back. :) Mostly because my dad wanted him to than any desire I had to be paid back. I like to invest in people.. he was a good investment. He's the most loyal friend I've ever had.
2. Foiled a purse snatching. It wasn't nearly as dramatic as yours. While I was in Boston at a T station, I body checked the snatcher as he passed me by to get him to drop the purse he just swiped. The victim was too hysterical to even accept her purse back when I tried to return it. I split as fast as I could.. I hate dealing with cops.

I do mean things in my head all the time. I really quite sadistic.. but I suppress it/channel it pretty well, I think. :)
