Which one was the 1st one... wait let me check... OK, I had it right < http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078748/ > that is the one I liked best, maybe just because I was a lot younger (in '79), the idea was new(er), and it gave me "the creeps". One key thing that was important though, I saw it with-out knowing anything about it... I was surprised by everything that the directer & writers (Ridley Scott, Dan O'Bannon, and Ronald Shusett) wanted to surprise/scare me. For those who saw it after somebody ruined the plot it was no where near as good.

I believe that the premis of the original doom was lifted from Alien.

So... if that's the case... we have a video game inspired by a movie and then it's regurgitation as a movie inspired by the video game...

Would you care for a serpent swallowing it's own tail or a spiral?
