A new experience

I just tried something different for the first time last night. It was a lot of fun, if kind of confusing, and kept me up for most of the night. Also, now my ass hurts.

As you've surely guessed, I played Rock Band for the first time last night. ... whut. music_enforcer and lunapome recently got it and let me come over to their apartment last night, where I joined them

They're so freaking addictive, aren't they? 8D

I think a second pedal would help out immensely, because the worst songs are the ones that make you hit the pedal multiple times in quick succession and make my right leg cramp. Well, those and the ones that have the weird syncopated rhythms for the bass pedal like "Enter Sandman," but I don't know if a second pedal would fix that.

Ugh, I thought it was just a fluke that my friend's guitar was having issues. But yeah, same problem.

Is it not wonderful? (I still think the roommate and I should make our Jedi characters, and we could have a go at having the Elder Jedi band! This is a good idea, yes?)

It's been really awesome to see everyone improve. Especially considering music_enforcer's had it less than a week. XD

I think it's a great idea. XD Now if we had someone to play our fourth, we could make Belar. 8D

I know! Part of the charm of the game is that it's so easy to pick up, even if the higher levels require more work to master.
