The Palazzo: It earns the 5-star hotel rating with its giant suites and ridiculous number of flatscreen TVs. Unfortunately we were running around so much that we didn't get to fully enjoy the luxury of the room. I was glad of the cushy bed and elegant bathroom, though.

I just tried something different for the first time last night. It was a lot of fun, if kind of confusing, and kept me up for most of the night. Also, now my ass hurts.

ETA: How does Saturday, November 17 work for people? The Melting Pot opens at 4:00 p.m., so it would need to be a dinner thing. Also, getting back to the U District on Sunday evenings by bus is a pain, so Saturdays are a better bet.

shadawyn, kyonkun and I went out to dinner last night at The Ram, and stuffed ourselves full of burgers and salad.

The good: I finished my fic for ratzeo's game on Thursday night.

The bad: I stayed up until close to 1 a.m. writing the fic, thereby giving me 6 hours of sleep before work on Friday (I generally need 8-8.5 hours a night).
