I always wondered whether there is anything particularly Dutch about My Old Dutch - AFAIK pancakes aren't a particular tradition, are they?

Pancakes are most definitely a Dutch thing. Have you never had them?

(And probably fake, and comes in jumbo pouring jugs, and blah blah blah, but still.)

It is tasty (fake as it obviously was) but so is Dutch syrup. Everyone i've tried it on has liked it. So I don't understand why My Old Dutch doesn't use it, it can't be hard to get.
