Btw, yesterday's cute 80's kid was not me. :-) That photo, like the others in the gallery, was found among books donated to Amnesty.

More photos, but by a professional this time. I've been reading the very interesting Adolescent Boys of East London by Peter Wilmott (pub. 1969) which I found in the one pound basket. A commenter on Flickr remarked

Those adolescent boys include my father and uncle,Roger mayne spent 3 days taking photos anf returned to doll out prints .we ahve many walet sized photos of the footballing boys
