I like being friends only, have been for years. I feel better knowing no one that is not on that list can't read my posts.

We are getting hit with a snow/ice storm so bad that people are being told for the love of God don't drive. Sheets of ice everywhere:(

I saw on the news reports of the bad weather over there - it looks like it's really settling in there. I don't know how you guys deal with that every year; just getting to the shop to do your groceries is hard enough, but with snow and ice to deal with as well? Whoa.

You've finished Season 3? I've just seen the first ep of that season and was thrilled to see Jimmy Smits in a guest starring role - he's great too!

But yes, Dexter is a fantastic show - it's totally original with great characters. I love Deb too - she's got some layers, that girl. *g*

Isn't it though? *sighs* I go all mushy inside when I look at it. *g*

Nothing bad has happened to make me want to go Friends Only - it's just something I've been toying with lately. Quite a few on my flist have changed to FO too, and because I'm really happy with my flist the way it is, I felt maybe I should do it too. *iz obviously a sheep*

Where are you on Dexter in Season 1? Halfway? Near the end? Tony and I LOVE this show - we marathoned the second half of Season 2 over the Australia Day long weekend. LOL.

I know what you mean about being happy with your flist the way it is. I feel very cosy in here. *snuggles*

I've always been FO though because I'm such a paranoid bitch scared of the crazies.

I'm just about to watch e4 of s1 Dex, this evening, and would like to get through it faster, but hubs wants to watch it too so you know *shrugs* I have to wait until we can both sit down and watch.

We do seem to like the same shows don't we?!

Are you having a heat wave like those down in Melbourne?

About the friends only? I have toyed with the idea on and off. What I do now is have an open journal and make some of my posts friends only. The ones that I don't want the whole world to know about... It works for me *shrugs*

Hee. Birthday boys are good - Nick coping with not being a teenager very well, lol.

I've seen Season 1 Brothers & Sisters but not S2. Need to buy the DVDs next time my local store has a sale!

I've been thinking about going FO for a while, and for no real particular reason - I love my flist also; it's a manageable size and I feel like I 'know' them all reasonably well. Kinda want to keep it that way. :)
