It is hard not to think if only.
But I never associated your fictional characters to the real people. So it was ok to cry over the difficult life they had to lead and happy they found that loving each other was more important than everything else. Maybe someday you could take us for a visit to see how their life together has progressed.

"Boys In Love" was one of the first stories I ever read in this fandom, and you made me fall totally in love with Jake and Heath. I have been a big fan of your writing ever since, I read and I love everything you come up with.
I want to thank you for being here now, and thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talent through all your beautiful stories. Looking forward to read this, and a lot more of your work!!
Take care,

***then fell back flat on the bed and was rewarded immediately with one hot, hard, man-hungry Australian sinking down on top of him*** That gave me a big lump in my throat. That hot hard Australian... oh, never mind. God.
***You’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me, you know. You’ve given me things I don’t think anybody else ever could... strength and stability and security... *** I wonder if Michelle tried to give those things to the real Heath. I think I like *your* Heath better than I would have the real one, hate to say it. This one in your story is fantasmagorical, lucky Jake!
***taking him - as Jake had known he would - on a long, sweet ride to Heaven.....*** Just up the stairway to heaven, like in my icon.
Thank you, Jane, honey. You made my day. Seriously. *hugs you*
