Meeting You Halfway - 50 Miles and There

Hey Guys. Last day of vacation in the mountains. It’s been great. Jack and Ennis would like it here. I’m gonna go sit in the hot tub and take in the view and think about them... I’ll be home tomorrow and hopefully get started on the last part of this little bit of stuff. Thanks for all the encouraging words and good wishes. Hugs all around. S!

Now I'm really sucked in. Come on, Ennis! Tell him. And Jack, he knows what's under the tarp of Ennis' truck.

Jack doesn't know what's under the tarp yet, but I bet he's getting really curious. Even tho Ennis hasn't said much, he's allowed some closeness that is unlike him and must be raising Jack's eyebrows and his awareness flags. Hopefully, they'll be able to work it out. Thanks for reading. S!

The Stache was a big thing for me too - glad you liked the rest of it as well. The rest of the holiday is looking scary. Our flight leaves at 7 a.m. Probably have to get up at 3. Yikes!!! But we get home at 730 and I'll be going right back to bed. Thanks for the comment. Hugs. S!

I'm hoping what's different about Jack (besides the missing pornstache) is that he's got hope in his eyes again. Can't wait to read more!

I think he's got confusion in his eyes, maybe some bitter, but yeah, probably a little bit of hope too.... This little story has morphed so much since it first popped into my head... almost came with a Dead!Jack warning on day one, but my Jack just won't die, no matter how icked I am with Other Stuff! He's his own guy, and Thank God for that! Long Live Jack!!
