Oh I got so involved I was expecting it to continue. I reread final draft and it reads well..

OK so I LOVED it. Wonderful Christmas Story. I'm glad you made it. It was great how you got support on here :)

thanks! i'm pretty pleased with the final draft. there are a lot of things i'd change, add, etc, but if they pick it, maybe i'll get a chance to give it a bit more heft. if not, no biggie. it's just a for fun story anyway.

everyone was so great helping me out. that made it so much less scary, having supporters.

i imagine clyde was under the influence of too much finger food. i doubt he'll be that easy every night. but that's their problem!! not mine. :)

Yes, i honestly don't think i could've pulled it off without them. they were a huge help. i'm hopeful that maybe i'll get selected, but of course i have no idea how many submissions they have, or how many spots they already have nailed down by their regular authors. but either way, i did it, and that's the main thing. at least i'm trying.
