Intriguing and useful -- thanks for the pointer. While I'm quite a ways from being able to hire employees, I'm pondering the question of how one builds a diverse company from the outset (since it seems like a harder problem to fix after the fact), and this seems like it might be useful research material. Hopefully it'll at least play one of the local art houses...
