A friend requested a few Grey's Anatomy Friends Only Banners. So I shall post them here in the event that someone else wants to use one, too.

Probably a stupid question, but these are for journals correct? How do I add it?

Yeah, they're for when you friends lock your LJ. People use them in different ways. The most common is by posting in in a public entry. (The image tags are <*img src=TYPE IMAGE LINK HERE> without the *, but I'm guessing you probably know that) What you want to do with the entry date is up to you; some people leave it on the date they post it, other edit to date to put it as far ahead into the future as possible so that it's always on top of your entries, or the hard way like I do it where I always edit the date to the last day of the current month so that it is always at the top of my entires but doesn't mess up my calender ( ... )

I think I get it. So it's for a entry, not like a banner?

My problem is.. I have a layout I dont like, and I cant find a site with good premade layouts, and I cant figure out how to make them..

Just to randomly jump in here, have you been to premade_ljs? There are some nice premade layouts there.
