A friend requested a few Grey's Anatomy Friends Only Banners. So I shall post them here in the event that someone else wants to use one, too.

It depends entirely on your layout. Sometimes you can integrate it into your header if you're using an LJ generated layout. It will differ between layouts, so you'll have to check your customisation settings to see if you can enter the URL (save the banner and host it somewhere that will generate a URL.

Otherwise, you can post it into one of your LJ entries using image tags. I hope that helped. Let me know if you need more clarification.
