i feel like that daily. i constantly whine and complain about my phone and EVERYONE i know has asked me at least once why i don't just get a different one [to which i get horribly offended and shocked they would even suggest such a thing]. i need the qwerty keyboard to live, so i've been secretly looking at blackberry phones when my sidekick is in the other room charging. i think it knows i'm trying to cheat on it because whenever i think about blackberry phones, it stops charging. :/ or maybe it just stops charging because it's a piece of shit. who knows

Mine has a really bad charging problem.
I haven't used it in days because it wont charge.

YES! And I'm always the one pimping sidekicks out to my friends, but for the past few weeks I've had to be all, "yeah, it's not working now" whenever someone asks where it is. It makes me feel stupid. The lack of service is also killing me. I feel like I'm so cut off from the world - no one can call me, I can't access my email until I'm home, etc, etc...

Yeah... seriously... if my best friend gives birth to a baby and no one can call me... she might literally kill me for not being there! This is a life or death situation! Lol

I feel you, that is why I have just given up. I love the SK and I always will but I miss the SK2 and it sucks I can't use it where I live currently :(
So I sold my SK3 last night and am going to use the money to cancel with T-Mobile and switch to a different carrier. Until the time comes where I can use the SK2 (AKA if I move back to the Minneapolis area), I'm doomed to be without my beloved SK :'(
But seriously T-Mobile or Danger or WHOEVER needs to get their shit together!

I've had a couple data outages for maybe a few hours each time but nothing huge :/. just luck or what?

I really love my sk3, so I will prob stick it out.... I really don't like blackberry or treos keypads, and I really like tmo as a carrier.
