Same here. I love my Sidekick SO MUCH because of all it can do and it can multitask and won't freeze, etc, but what good is it if I can't use it? Luckily, most of the time I can, but outages have been crazy lately. A few weeks ago, my phone didn't get any data for like... I don't know.. a week, and I was seriously considering switching phones. I complain about it and then say I want to upgrade to the 3 (lmao, contradictive, I know), and my mom just tells me that I waste my money on phones and that I should sell it and buy some cheap flip phone. I don't know, I don't think I'll get rid of my Sidekick. I've become waaay too attached :\ Plus, T-Mo's customer service/rate plans/etc are typically pretty great. I'm getting 600 mins + unlimited texts + internet + email for what I was paying for 450 mins with no texts/internet/email when I had Verizon.
I am about READY to nicely put my sk3 in the MIDDLE of the friggin road and RUN that shit over with my damn car.
I have my sprint phone which I love dearly, and I use my sk3 for data, but when the data doesn't even work, it's like my phone completely serves NO damn purpose.
Tmobile needs to hurry up and get it together cause I see myself calling them and just telling them I no longer want there service.
i feel the exact same way! tmobile has sent me two fucked up sidekick3's to make up for the first sidekick3 fucking up! so yesterday, i went to home depot looking for this god forbidden torx screws so i could just switch the screens on two of my broken sk2's(the phone part of th ephone doesnt work on one...and the phone that actually works has a broken screen)because i was just so sick of sidekick3s not working.
It has its ups & its downs. I love alot of the features on it but I hate that I have shitty service for 1/2 of the day do to where I work at. Also I don't like how huge it is. I had a razr for a year & 1/2 & loved that I could put my phone in my pocket & go, this baby I have a little pouch for it. Also I made a bed for it to sleep in since my sim card is messed up & if my phone gets too cold on the back it will say I'm not signed up for GPRS service. At least thats what Danger told me 4 months ago.
