So I've had problems with my blood pressure for a couple of years. Two years ago they put me on medication but it never really helped. A couple of months ago I went in and it was 150/110 (average is 120/80) So flash forward to now, changing so medicines, and adding some, I checked my blood pressure today and it was 117/76! what drug did they put you on? and do you consume a lot of sodium? if so, then try cutting that down, too. i love love love salt! but i have super low bp, so, it is not a big deal for me. i am lucky to have a bp of 110'ish/60! most days i feel light headed when i stand up because it is so low.

They put me on Lisinipril and a water pill. I try not to consume a lot of sodium. I probably get most of my sodium from ketchup. lol Which I also refuse to give up. I don't add salt to any of my food though. Is yours scary low? My grandpa has low blood pressure and it causes him to collapse, I hope yours doesn't do that to you.
