So I've had problems with my blood pressure for a couple of years. Two years ago they put me on medication but it never really helped. A couple of months ago I went in and it was 150/110 (average is 120/80) So flash forward to now, changing so medicines, and adding some, I checked my blood pressure today and it was 117/76!
