Catch Up and Ranting.

So, I see to have issue with going to sleep. It's not insomnia. Insomnia means you try to sleep and can't. I have avoidance issues with trying to sleep, as in, I don't try. Therefore I keep staying up later and later which is bad since classes start back up on Monday and I am horribly horribly off my sleep schedule. So it's been awhile since I ( Read more... )

I have the exact same problem/issue with sleep.. not AS much working nights but im terrified to go back to dayshift for school this fall. I just DON'T goto bed at decent times.. i dont know, i feel like im missing out on something or i can get more done or...something. i don't know what it is but i stay up later and later and it skrews everything up!
