Proscecution: Doe has been caught on two occasions using a mirror to look under a door while someone (a male) was changing inside.
Defense: He dropped his CD, and someone walked in while he was picking it up.

Proscecution: Twice in the last two weeks, another roommate has woken up to see Doe
