Roommate story from Hell. Evidence against John Doe.
Proscecution: Doe has been caught on two occasions using a mirror to look under a door while someone (a male) was changing inside.
Defense: He dropped his CD, and someone walked in while he was picking it up.
Proscecution: Twice in the last two weeks, another roommate has woken up to see Doe standing over his bed, touching his arm.
Defense: He was looking for a pencil.
Rebuttal: There are usually 4-6 pencils sitting on the kitchen counter.
Defense: not yet available
Proscecution: When I told him about a gay black kid that got deferred from Harvard, Doe replied "I should have applied to Harvard."
Defense: Three minutes of silence later: "all except the gay part."
Proscecution: On three occasions, I've walked in our room to find him clad in only a shirt. The door was not closed.
Defense: Not available. I turn around, walk out, and never mention it again.
