There are more pressing matters for the Hospital Staff to concern itself with.

Namely that of prepping the building for a harsh winter.

I'm sure you can join the growing list of people needlessly concerned about the chip.

The weather hardly seems so harsh. Nevertheless, when I offered a barter or service in exchange, it was not speaking of material services. I am a scientist, with knowledge and skills relating to medical and surgical fields.

I was informed by Doctor Crescent that your hospital staff is lacking in fully trained medical personnel. I offer my assistance and services, as well as those of the other medical experts of my organization.
