That has got to be the saddest most miserable race report ever. And you were very smart to stop when you did. And I'm proud of you. And I hope you're feeling better now. What a miserable week!

Goodness, what a race! Sounds like a Personal Best in the "wise choices" department.

(Betsy ran (some other?) race on a broken foot!? nuts!)
