Bandera 25k 2012 race report.

Unlike last year, this year I was actually excited about running Bandera! A little micro roadtrip with the husband, a chance to test out how the puppies would do if someone else were taking care of them, and I had actually enjoyed running Bandera last year, so I was looking forward to doing it again.

No way... arms wide out when you're bombing the downs is absolutely the right technique. it gives you the best balance for absolute downhill trail running. Nothing dumb about it.
