It's interesting to hear your gu consumption. I recently starting taking in gu (well, honey stinger, but, you know) more frequently and I feel like it's making a difference. I used to do every 60-75 minutes, but I've bumped it to every 45 minutes at Michelle Garel's recommendation and I feel more energetic at around 60-70 minutes which was previously a slump for me.
