This week has been crazy so far. This past week was my last in the Elmira City school district. I was on my own until Wednesday when my co-op had come back. For all who didn't get the last post, he was out sick with pneumonia. So, more about yesterday's fiasco later.

Just got an e-mail from boston. Unless I have an audition sent in by friday, I'm considered withdrawn.

Yeah...no due date on their site, so how exactly am I supposed to know when my deadline is???

This week needs to end...now

Yeah, so as many of you know, as a student teacher, I'm required to have a certified teacher in the room with me as I teach. Not because we're incompetant, but as a legal matter, if something were to go wrong, then someone with a special piece of paper can handle it ( Read more... )

There's a good possibility that I'll be flying solo for the remainder of my placement. That's right...by MYSELF

This means that I'll have done 3 weeks, nearly half of my placement, without a co-op.
