Huh. I'd be really interested to hear what you think of that fitness tracker. I'm highly susceptible to guilt, so just the fact that my activity (or lack thereof) and sleep (or lack thereof) are being watched by Big Brother might be a motivator??

I got a discount on it through work, so I figured that it wouldn't hurt to at least try this thing. To see if it helps having the hard numbers in front of me re: how much exercise I didn't do and how much sleep I'm not getting.

I'm also highly susceptible to guilt, and it's harder to lie to myself when I have DATA.

Oh man, Restrepo is excellent, but very difficult at parts. I loved the thread about the cow, and all the little moments of humor throughout.
