I had seen him several times here before, running on the treadmill, that ass moving with each pace he made. I found myself getting on the weight machines behind him just so I could watch.

I couldn’t help but appreciate that body, and he never helped my compulsion to stare when he would run shirtless. My eyes simply drank in every inch of his skin until I felt overwhelmed at the sight of him.

I wanted him to notice me. Wanted him to devour me with his eyes the way I found myself devouring him even when he had his clothes on. I wanted him to talk to me, touch me, be close to me.

But of course, reality is cruel and settled in to remind me that the man with a fine ass that I was obsessed over was, after all, a man.

I had let my obsession go into hiding after that realization. It would never work out even if something were to happen. So I contented myself with the occasional stare that I couldn’t help, the accidental placement of myself on a weight machine that afforded me a spectacular view of all he had to display.

Just when I had given up hope of this man ever acknowledging my existance, the tables turned, my luck changed, and we literally ran into each other.

It was the most euphoric moment of my life, the feel of his chest against my shoulder, the sound he made as he reeled backward, my arm flying out to catch him and steady him.

His eyes, god his eyes, the way they looked into mine as he apologized and I told him it was okay, not to worry about it, it was my fault for not paying attention.

Then he smiled, blinding me, those perfect eyes almost disappearing, awakening that obsession within me all over again.

“I’m Chansung,” I said.

“You’re clumsy,” he chuckled back.

I smiled at him and apologized again.

“You’re always here, too,” he added. That statement made my heart stop completely. He knew me. He recognized me. He knew I was there a lot.

“I do come here a lot,” I agreed.

“I know. You stare a lot,” he said.

I just looked at him. Caught. But how? How did he…

He pointed toward the treadmill. “Glass is a reflective surface, you know,” he said gently.

I mentally kicked myself. Windows. And it was usually evening that he came to the gym.

My hands that had been on my hips changed positions, one covering my eyes as I laughed at my own obviousness, the other hooked into the fabric of my shirt.

I could feel his smile before I heard his chuckle.

“I am really sorry,” I apologized again. He shook his head and smiled some more.

“You don’t have to be, I am aware of my own body.” He tossed his water bottle from his left to his right hand. “I’m Junho, and it’s nice to finally talk to you.”

“It’s nice to finally talk to you, too.”

He smiled once more, more of a satisfied smirk, just the edge of his lip tucked between his teeth before he started walking away. “See you around, Chansung.”

I just watched him walk away. I had no words. The way he said my name was enough to send chills throughout my entire body. Truly, I had never been more in love with anyone than I was with Junho.
