So! I really enjoy the Great British Baking show, and was happy to find an American counterpart. However, I am miffed with episode 2-5(?), Chocolate Week. Specifically, the Technical Challenge of Truffles.

Truffles are candy.

CANDYMAKING IS NOT BAKING.

No dough.
No batter.
No oven.
NOT BAKING.

And I Am Annoyed.

Oh, last night's ep made me cry. Dr Who's good at making me cry. Wonderful show, wish I could see more of the Classics. (I'm limited to what's available on Netflix, and of course there's large parts of the series which are lost, whichis really a shame.)
