To be honest, I wasn't really referring to any particular time period in DC timeline. It's kind of my own headcanon timeline for this fanfic. I just used a few important events that shaped Barry to who he is, and made up some in between scenes in order to further explain himself

Uh, he is also a slow person compared to Wally, always late for appointments and such. Because of that, I think Wally is the reverse, who is always on time (but not early
