The Flora Legacy: 5.4

LAST TIME on the Flora Legacy, some stuff happened! Er, Mandrake was bipolar, F'nor just wanted to paint but his wife just wanted to sex him up. There was some shower nudity; the maid, which we didn't need to see, and F'nor, whose nudity was sensed by Datura. Oh, and then F'nor slept with the maid, Datura came home and didn't notice, the maid started to leave and then F'nor woohooed with his wife, which the maid sensed from all the way outside and ran in to slap F'nor. Oh and Hyacinth and Hydrangea became toddlers somewhere in there.
After I posted the update on Sprout, but before I started this update, I initiated my "Great CC Dump of 2008". Meaning, I deleted my downloads folder. This involved an entire day of re-downloading things! The Flora's mostly look the same, but you may notice some, er, issues with their neighbors. Heh.
After the debacle with the maid, the Flora's decided to-
Datura: F'nor? What does she mean by the "debacle with the maid?"
F'nor: Um. Nothing! *glares upwards* She's just being silly, isn't she?
shoefleesims: Uh, yeah.
So, anyway, I built the Flora's a new house! Not because of anything involving maids, just because I wanted to. Well actually, I downloaded the house from plasticbox on MTS2 and then added an edition on to the back.
Datura is going to give you a tour of the house. Right?
Datura: Yeah sure whatever. So this is the hallway. It's blue.
Datura: To the left of the front door is the kitchen. It's red. And I'm hungry, so I'm going to cook something.
shoefleesims: Hey, you're supposed to be giving a tour!
Datura: Can it, lady, I'm hungry!
Datura: *munches away*
shoefleesims: *cough*
Datura: What? Oh, yeah, this is the dining room. It's across the hall from the kitchen and its purple. Now bugger off while I eat my grilled cheese!
Datura: Now that I'm done eating, I'll show you the living room. This is-
shoefleesims: This is my favorite room!
Datura: Oi, big mouth! I was just about to say that this is one of my favorite rooms!
Datura: There is a little reading nook over here. It's great for reading smutty novels while the kids are in their rooms.
Datura: Ugh, my hands have cheese on them! Might as well show you the downstairs bathroom while I wash. It's green. Am I supposed to get excited over that?
shoefleesims: Don't you like green?
Datura: No, I like PINK. Duh.

Datura: Excuse me, but just who is giving the tour here?
shoefleesims: Hmph. Sorry.
Datura: That's what I thought! Now THIS is the lovely second floor. The stairs lead up to this sort of hallway area. It has a desk in the corner and of course the wall of portraits. I personally happen to like the last one best. Not that I'm biased or anything!
Datura: And this is my bedroom. It is, of course pink, because that's my fav- well, hello there handsome man on the couch!
F'nor: *is sexy*
Datura: *tackle glomps* Can you please excuse us?
shoefleesims: Fine whatever. *sighs* We'll just go and wait in the hallway.
Datura: My lipstick is all smudged! Oh, are you back now?
shoefleesims: Yeah.
Datura: Oh. Well this is the second floor bathroom. It's blue, obviously.
Datura: WHAT?
shoefleesims: *gritted teeth* You. Are. Supposed. To. Be. Giving. A. Tour.
Datura: Well I smell like WooHoo, what do you expect me to do?
Datura: And this is the boy's room. Boy, do you like your room?
Mandrake: Huh? Oh, hi Mom! I LOVE MY NEW ROOM! Except for this book, it has ears and I HATE bears, oh wait a frog, I LOVE FROGS!
Datura: My son is a freak. He's pretty awesome.
Datura: And uh, this is where the two girl things sleep.
shoefleesims: You mean your daughters?
Datura: Yeah whatever. You aren't going to make me change their diapers are you?
Aaaand, that's the end of your tour of the new Flora house. Hope you enjoyed it! Now on to more regular events.

Hydrangea: BOTTLE I WAN' MY BOTTTLE!

Datura: And that is why you shouldn't have sex without protection. Because you'll end up with two little freakishly big-eyed sprogs running around!
Mandrake: Mom, I have big eyes!
F'nor: Man, looking down at this hamburger makes me remember how hungry I am!
Datura signs online the next day to blog. Things start on a positive note...
Datura: Court tv is pretty cool. You get to watch people acting like idiots.
Datura: But vampires suck!
Datura: And so does this blond guy I don't think I've ever met. Hey, I may never have spoken to him, but he just LOOKS like an idiot.
Datura: And don't even get me started on GOLD! Bah!
Datura: Man, I'm an awesome blogger. They should get me an award for this!
The swings outside provide much amusement for those in the house.

Yeah that was just too weird, so I redid his room.
Datura: DAMNIT, I HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM, WOMAN!
shoefleesims: So... go? I'm not stopping you.
Datura: Oh, ok then!
And I wonder where Mandrake gets it...

So, our new maid, and replacement for Kaylann? AN EVEN PRETTIER MAID! Yeah, because that's JUST what we need.
I forgot to redownload my coat rack with free clothes, so I sent Datura shopping.
Datura: PLEASE tell me you don't expect me to wear THIS hideous monstrosity!
HOLY NOSE, BATMAN!
She really isn't that bad, though. I mean, I know she's in a lot of legacies. But she's PRETTY! *itches to give her a makeover*
Datura just wants to get the heck out of here.
But immediately after phoning a cab, she is cornered.
Random Guy: Violins are awesome!
Datura: WELL I HATE VIOLINS!
Datura: Well now wait, let me think about it...
Datura: NO, I STILL HATE THEM!
Random Guy: That is the most amazing woman I have ever met...
F'nor spent his free time watching the new maid.
But before he could get any ideas, Datura called him upstairs to show off her new lingerie!
F'nor: Whew, baby, in that lingerie you look WAY hotter than the maid!
Datura: Wait, what?
F'nor: I... nothing?
Datura: Nevermind, just DO me, you idiot!
And so he did.
Hyacinth needs some looooove. She's so cute.
So her Daddy obliges by teaching her to walk.

Hyacinth: I lern to walk nao.
Datura decides to join in on the good parenting, although in her slightly less appropriate outfit of lingerie.
Mandrake is still doing awesome at school.
And he bought his cousin Bean home with him! Bean is Snap's daughter.
Mandrake: Oh yeah, I totally believe in like, psychics and stuff!
Mandrake: Did you know we have GHOSTS?
Mandrake: They come out at night and go whooooooo, booooooooo! But I'm only a little scared of them. Really!
Eeee, so cute!
Meanwhile, the walking training continues upstairs. And Datura...
... apparently can't keep her eyes of F'nor. Even if it means bending her head at an awkward and unnatural angle. *backs away slowly*
Bean leaves, only to call Mandrake immediately after.
Mandrake: Yeah, I swear I am only a LITTLE scared of the ghosts. NO I AM NOT A WUSS BEAN! Yeah, I had fun with you too, you should come over more. NO I WOULD NOT SCREAM IF I SAW A GHOST BEAN, GEEEEZ.
Homework is hard. But as least he looks cute doing it!

I redownloaded their hairs, but recoloured versions and now they are bald and I can't fix it!!!

Mandrake: See, it's a ghost! I'm not scared at all. Nope.
Mandrake: She's behind me, isn't she? Making the lamp float? I'm just going to focus on my toy and pretend nothing scary is happening. Because it isn't! And I'm not scared! Nope!
Ghost!Bluebell: BOOOO! TAKE THAT YOU PINK-HAIRED BITCH!
Datura; AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! *is so scared her eyes pop back into her head*
Datura: That was NOT cool.
Poor F'nor has just come home from work.
F'nor: I sense an icy chill on my back...
shoefleesims: Don't look behind you! Just run for the house!
F'nor: *stands still instead* Oooh, that's shivery!
Ghost!Elise: I SAY BOOOO YOU HAIRY JERK! HAHA, How do you like that missy?
LOL, look at Bluebell in the background...
Ghost!Bluebell: Yeah, you go, love! Stick it to all those hairy jerks!
F'nor survives his ghostly encounter and proves that he even looks good in the cheapest of outfits!
If I were Mandrake, and that was my bus driver, I'd be SCARED to go to school.
This is how Datura spends her days alone. She plays with each of the kids once, puts them away...
And then lounges around for the rest of the day.
This townie may have lost his hair in the great CC purge, but he is HAWT!
Yep, F'nor is still awesome, you can check that off on your lists!

And it's birthday time at last for the twins.

Here's Hydrangea first. She's pretty, but again with the huge eyes. I think she looks a lot like her mom, but she has her dad's hair/eyes and face shape. And lips I think.
And HERE is the beautiful little Hyacinth. No, I'm not playing favorites! She looks a lot like her Dad, with his eyes/hair/nose. But she has her mom's lips and I think face-shape. She's preeeettty.
And we end with absolutely adorableness! :D
