It's possible--but it's difficult as hell. The doctors are real picky about whose chips they take out.

...Well, it's very complicated. I guess it's a little insecure of me, but I'd just feel better with my magic in this case.

Easier for the people who've been here longer. Like me. They know where my chip spot is, if I want it removed. All these newcomers are in the dark.

... From the way you said that - is it different for every person, or something?

I'm not being threatened. Nothing like that. It's really, nothing. I just would feel better with my powers, I think... you know, being able to fight, and - things.
