basically you can get your makeup tattooed on. for example you can also get your lip liner...she felt she needed a little something extra around her eyes. it doesn't look bad though. its gotten a lot lighter. when she first got it done it was BLACK, now its kind of faded to a light/medium brown color just where her eyelashes are.
