I loved reading this post..
your full of joy and on a really good healthy life style change, not a diet.

you start and stop diets, you create a life style change..

most people i talk to are on ana_mia page and 90% of the stuff is so depressing.. makes me feel like im a horrible person for every single calorie i eat..

you REALLY made that ice cream sound SO DELICIOUS :P

your a breath of fresh air and i wish more people, including myself had the same attitude as you..

youve actually motovated me, thank you so much..

i hope you dont mind that i take some of your points and share them with the girls on ana_mia..

I found that despite my hatred of salads I can TRICK myself into eating the healthy amount of vegetables and fruit if I put them in food I personaly like. For example today I got in my fruit intake by eating a single waffle with fruit salad and yoghurt on it at the waffle store instead of the BAVARIAN chocolate waffle. I get in my veggie intake by eating stuff like chilli basil chicken with stir fried zuchini mushrooms and carrots, vegterian dahl, and cauliflower curry. I cant bring myself to be a salad girl, I hate salad but I can trick myself.
