As I write this, the Seattle Police are questioning our upstairs neighbor regarding the disappearance of a 22-year-old pregnant prostitute who was last seen going into his apartment. We may have even seen her, as all sorts of people come and go. Maybe she was the lady with no pants. Maybe she was the one laying on the sidewalk, screaming that

more exciting than we want sometimes. I'm glad that guy is going to be gone soon. And dude, maybe some smudging of your residence is order when he's gone, just to be safe.

The facts, as presented to us, are thus: 22-year-old Amy Alexander, a white female, pregnant, was last dropped off at our place last week by her boyfriend. She was seen to knock at the back door and enter. He has not seen her since.

Whether she was killed, died, or just ran off is so far unknown.
