Iwashi and I are well on our way after the Kazekage. We've currently stopped for a warm meal and to rest for the night. We will leave when the sun rises. I'll take first watch, make sure to keep your eyes peeled when you are on, though.

The Sound are pulling out. How...odd.... I don't know that we've heard the last from them. This is the second attack on the village in the past several years. I don't know what they're after, but I doubt their done with us.

I've sustained several injuries which I'll shortly get taken care of.

It's been really quiet around here since the chuunin have been gone. No extra training sessions with Tenten, nothing really big going on for us to do. It's almost too quiet. But I've had a lot of quality time with Shizune lately, which I certainly won't complain about.

But it's still eerily quiet. Something big is probably going to happen soon.
