After Methos quoting it in Highlander, I’ve wondered about Aristotle’s Poetics. Found a copy of a Penguin Classics version in a used bookstore, with a scholarly Introduction longer than the actual Aristotle. So I’m at the point where he’s describing Tragic Plots, and he’s referring to the subjects of those plots: the well known stories of families
