Between marathoning Dollhouse 2x04 through 2x13 in less than a day with chibichimera (we stayed up until almost 7am to finish, woo) and the roller coaster ride of awesome, but having all of that emotional drainage with Mellie and Boyd and Topher oh Topher *hugs icon*, then coming home and watching the Castle season finale which ripped me open just as easily, ( Read more... )

Oh man, I totally feel you on being DRAINED after watching Epitaph Two. Topher's sacrifice still makes me sob. Just. I CANNOT.

Okay, I don't even watch House anymore, but I saw that self-surgery scene and DUDE. BRUTAL. Almost makes me tempted to start watching again.

Ouch, I know. I was sobbing the first two times I saw it, starting with that conversation with Adelle ("Your job is waaay harder.") and even now I tear up there and at the end. Topher. Omg.
And yet it still hurts me to know that that was his happiest possible ending at that point. Continuing to live after all that had happened would hurt too much and I think in some small part of his mind, maybe Topher knew he couldn't handle much more. Hence that line to Adelle holding way more weight than just being a sad AWWWW moment.

Yeah, that was too much for me to watch. If you start watching again, you won't have much further to go so hey why not. Season finale next week and then there's the final season left.
