A Habit? No. But it has happened far to often for my tastes.

Technically it was just a gladiator world. No wars, just blood games. Somehow that's almost worst.

Yeah. I kinda am.

Both. I've seen planets torn by war. But most of the worlds with gladiator sports...aren't fighting anyone. Most of the time the fighter are just unlucky ones, picked at random.
