Well. . . I'd like to say this is the weirdest kidnapping -slash- sudden trans-location I've ever gone through, but I remember waking up completely nude and covered in patterns that could be compared to a child's finger-painting experiment with all the colors of a drunken rainbow once so. . . not even close.
The lack of obvious or subtle welcome party, except for this journal, is a bit weird.

If that is the case, I'd really like to get off world.
Preferably with my original clothes and briefcase. That shirt was a gift from the Ambassador of the Greetiw people, the jacket a gift from my son, and the shoes from my little sister. She will murder me in my sleep if I lose another one of her gifts. With high heeled shoes. Murder by high-heeled shoe impalement! I can already feel it. I don’t need any more alien-world ‘gifts’ I have a whole SHIP full of alien gifts and not enough people to re-gift them too.
Seriously, which world, in what galaxy am I on now? Obviously not some mad little gladiator world, because if it was, I’d probably of found a weapon instead of a journal and would already be in a fight for my life. And that would suck.
I was in the middle of a sensitive diplomatic job, and I'd rather not be responsible for causing another war, by accident, again.
I’m just glad Thomas is with Juke right now. I’d hate for him to have been left in the midst of that volatile little examination.
