Haven't posted in a bit. Haven't felt the need? No one's really here... Ehh... (Light trigger warning for mention of watching some who was dying terribly aaaaand mentions of why we're a rape culture; those two things are not wholly related.)

I have a Lenovo which I love far more than I thought I would. They're slightly more expensive than Toshibas (of which I have had two) but not outrageously so.

Oh boo to that ignorant ass! Sounds like he just couldn't take the hint that his comments and attitude were not cool. Hopefully he didn't put you too off enjoying yourself that night. Sadly, people like that don't often get the hint, even when it's outright said to them, in my experience. Best to just ignore them and remember that they're just removing all doubt about how ignorant and stupid they are by their words and deeds.

Yay for getting refunded on your netbook fix! Though I can't blame you for going with a laptop, and they're making them so small and portable nowadays! So really, you can have the functions of a laptop with the size of a netbook, what's not to love? Good luck in your search for a new laptop! I hear Toshiba is a good brand.
