Just musing in the early morn

Dec 08, 2007 06:33

Hmmm, yes it is the ungodly hour of 6:30AM on a Saturday, but my sleep schedule wants to wake me up at the same time I get up everyday. The main one I'm thinking about is yuletide, but I think lj user=undermistletoe> is sorta Christmas themed too. Where are the ( Read more... )

Hey honey~
I was thinking about working on deathnote_djs's memories and wondered what you'd like them to be categorized as.
I was thinking:
By Circle
By Pairing

If you have another idea, lemme know! :}

Also... where in Massachusetts do you live? I live there too. 8D

Heya! If you wan t to work on the memories for the community, that would be awesome. I think i started it a long, long time ago and then promptly forgot to continue. You can feel free to change/modify anything I've done already if you like. Circle and Pairiing categories sound cool, and maybe we could have a list for everything too? That way someone can use the find function really quick for a particular title? Hmm, did you want to differentiate by raws and scanlated works, too? It's up to you.

And regarding where I live... lol, I like to be sneaky, snaeky about my personal info, so I'll just say that I live near Gillette stadium.

TADA!
Took me... 5-6 hours but it's all done!

I wasn't able to do circles because there are just too many of them! But in any case, I only added the doujins that had secure download links that will never expire/very unlikely to expire. I went through every post and made sure all the downloads worked before I added them. If you sort them by Description it will all be in alphabetical order and pretty. ^^

I will tend to keep up with it when a new doujin is posted. ^^ Lemme know what you think! If you'd like to change something, please go ahead or you could just let me know. ^^ If you have any other suggestions about sorting them, lemme know too. ♥

Also, do you think it would be a good idea to have a general community for all the mods? You know, so if any of us has a problem with a user or if something comes up, we could have an easy way to share it with everyone? Just a suggestion. ^^ I've been a part of some mod communities and they've turned out to be quite helpful when it comes to opinions.

Hey, Shinra,

A while back you e-mailed me about doing Hikaru no Go translations for May 5th...I replied, but I figured out lately that my e-mail's been acting up, so I have no idea if my e-mails went through or not. I thought I'd check here and make sure (a little too late, though...). If they didn't go through, I'm really sorry--it wasn't that I was ignoring you!

Oh, wow. I am soooo sorry for not contacting you earlier. I kind of fell off the planet as real life issues were taking up my time. I'm really sorry for blowing you off, and I hope you don't feel too much like kicking me.

Anyways, hopefully I can get back in the swing of things soon and can get back to posting in hikago_djs soon. Argh. I'm such a schmuck.

No, you're not a schmuck! I totally understand if RL was taking up time. That's more important than cute Go boys making out, loveable as they are.

I've not really been doing much with HikaGo lately either--I started translating the Toshokan Sensou novels at toshosen_tsl. It's fun, but the whole page-a-day thing sets a pretty grueling pace. Hopefully I'll get faster, and find time to do a scanlation or two. I know Star got obsessed with The X-Files and hasn't scanlated lately either--with the three of us out of commission, no wonder the community's been quiet!

Anyway, take care, and don't worry about your absence. I'm just glad to have you back!

Hey! Ohisashiburi!

Just a quick word, we at Eastern Blue ARE still plnning to release Usagi no Shiro, which you so kindly scanned for us. It's just that we are a very small group and RL has been busy for us, but we are trying to get it out!

Lol, real life ate me as well, that's why you're getting a late reply. :D

No worries.
