Today was a special kind of torture. A full day professional development course titled, Assessing Risk: Understanding the New Audit Risk Requirements (zzzzzzzzzz) and then proceeded to sit in bloody traffic for almost 2 hours on the way home. And I was driving into the city which, I would think, be the opposite direction of rush hour direction.

I have the Tyler Lewis CD downloaded, and it makes me LAUGH! Chad's EP comes out next month, and I'm excited about that.

Did you see that the top ten from this year are going to be performing at the police games this weekend?

I haven't listened to Tyler's CD yet except for the couple of tracks on his MySpace. I am highly amused by Track 1 "Oh Saskatchewan (Intro)" though.

I'm looking forward to Chad's EP, too. Finally!

Most of Tyler's songs involve Saskatchewan, which makes me laugh. Apparently after he released the CD he went back to Sask and vowed never to leave it again.

And it is REALLY tempting! I'm so jealous that I don't live in Toronto. It's kind of weird though, isn't it?

Can you believe that out of 139 icons, I only have 7 empty spaces? I think a Grian (is that the correct lingo?) icon is a necessity, though.

PM from Lucas?! Not that I'm aware of. Wow. Maybe he's raising his profile now he's going to be in a production role (though hopefully still appearing sometimes in front of the cameras too). How lovely. He's sweet AND sexy. :)

I was SO surprised! First, it was my 3rd PM ever so just getting something was a surprise. I thought it was one of you guys so I was quite taken aback when I realized it was from Lucas. In my reply, I really had to try to NOT go all fangirly, LOL. I hope he still appears in front of the cameras, too.

Well I watched Jacquou last night and have to say I didn't enjoy it as much as Les Egares or Last Day- well it's just not in the same league. Actually Gaspard is rather out-acted in his role by the boy who plays the younger version, who is truly the shining light of the film. Oh it LOOKS amazing too, really beautifully shot and wonderful sets/costumes. Gaspard is gorgeous in a dirty ragged matted haired way I find very sexy, and of course there's the sex scene, which isn't at all graphic (I won't spoil you) but really erotic.

I just don't have enough time (or, yeah, HD space) to download and watch ALL the films there!

I hope he replies back again and you get chat going. :)

*adds "Last Day" to the list* I d/l'd "Paris Je T'aime" last night and next up is "Strayed". I'm just going on a Gaspard-spree here! The only movie I've seen him in is "A Very Long Engagement" so I'm looking forward to watching him in his other works.

I hope Lucas replies, too. Nothing yet. *crosses fingers* A bonus vid has been uploaded for Grant/Valery -- it's pretty short & features Valery (and a little bit of Lucas) taking a swim.

Oh, you'll have to tell me what Jacquou le Croquant was like. I just saw Les Egares/Strayed the other day, on YV of all places, and it was really good (though Emmanuelle Beart kind of acted Gaspard off the screen, sadly).

Found "Stray" on-line, yay!, and hopefully I can start downloading soon. Had to join another comm & am waiting for approval. The things, I do.

Last night, I d/l'd "Paris, Je T'aime" so I can finally (a) watch the whole thing and (b) understand what Gaspard is actually saying!
