Dude, I love the things you're recc-ed. Recently, I've been looking for some good manga to read and coming up on dead ends.

The Scarlet Chair is really awesome. I didn't realize but I've read a lot of that mangaka's other works as well.

The Bride of Adarshan is pretty funny and cute sometimes.

I also just finished reading Coelacanth. I totally second you on the thing about the eyes. They're really creepy looking. But on the other hand, it was a nice short manga. :D
