more sanazawa goodness. we'll never get tired of how dorky sanada is.
We ask them to think about “the first phrase that comes to mind”. To convey the depth of their imagination, the two came up with very interesting phrases!
Q1. Today is a holiday. You had an appointment with a friend but when you woke up in the morning, it was already the time to meet. The phrase to stop your friend from getting angry would be?
Q2. You were out walking alone, you see your girlfriend with Sanada/Nozawa walking together in a “love-love” setting. The phrase that you will ask when you catch up with her is?
Q3. It’s almost graduation. You’ve decided to confess to the girl you’ve always liked. Your ultimate confession phrase is?
SANADA YUMA
A1. “Iya~ I totally fell asleep!”
If I kept my really good friends waiting, and I was a little late, I would admit that I overslept. It I was so late that I can’t make a joke out of it, I would say, “Listen~ I had such a huge headache~. And the train was so late it was terrible.” I’ll probably come up with a lot of excuses for myself. *laughs*
A2. “Ma, these kind of things happen too.”
First of all, I’ll probably make a joke so that it won’t get awkward between us. Of course, I’d feel jealous… After talking to her, I’ll probably just let it go with a, “Is that so”. I won’t go as far as to get angry. I’ll probably drive a nail into Nozawa by saying; “Let’s not make it awkward between us.” *laughs*
A3. “Even after we graduate, I will want to be with you!”
If you say, “I like you” at the beginning, she won’t be able to hear the rest of the words after that once she knows how you feel. So you first tell her what you find attractive about her, and from then just let her know how you feel. If you have someone you like, better to think about what you want to say so you won’t have any regrets!

Recently I wanted to buy some new clothes so I wandered the streets aimlessly by myself. I went to about 5 or 6 places, it was like going on a journey. *laughs* By the way my spoils were… just one bowtie. But because I like to find shops that no one knows about, it was a lot of fun! From now on, I want to become more fashionable!

A1. “The train stopped, and didn’t move.”
I will insist that it was the train that made me late. I used to think that oversleeping was a terrible thing. But after [Shinshun Takizawa Kakumei] ended, maybe because I felt relieved, I’ve been oversleeping a lot lately... *laughs* I don’t want to look irresponsible by being late, so I want to be more careful in the future!
A2. “As I thought, Sanada is cool!?”
This is a terrible situation, this? *laughs*Because I don’t want to suddenly get angry, I’d probably ask, “What’s going on?” first. After that, I’ll keep asking about how the two of them ended up together… while smiling. *laughs* If I understand that she likes Sanada, then the last thing I’ll say will be “goodbye”, won’t it?
A3. “I like your smile, please be my girlfriend.”
Because I’d get stuck if I use big words, I will confess my feeling using simple words. But I’ll let her know what I like about her. It’s graduation season now, there are people who are not sure about how to confess. Instead of leaving without saying anything, I think you should bravely say it!

Recently I went for a meal with my friends from junior high. There were people who were going on different paths than what we expected, and when I heard their interesting stories, I learnt a lot. The high school friends I have now are of course very important, but talking to old friends this way and seeing how we’ve grown, it’s a good feeling.
