Also, if it makes you feel any better, a few years ago, my friend who works for the National Grid caused half of Edinburgh (I think it was? Or Glasgow. One or the other) to have no power for 2 hours because she flicked a switch she wasn't supposed to.

Mark's posts make my afternoons so much better. I've been excited for him to get to 11 also. Not only am I jazzed to read his reactions, but I love the squee-sharing tone of the comments section there.
