Why did I not know you were a first generation Kiwi? And I also don't know where your parents were from if not NZ. Explain please.

I don't think it comes up very often? My mother is Australian (she's from Melbourne), and my father is German. Very, very German. :D

Do you speak German?

Veeeeeeery, very little. Like, I can find the train station and a bathroom, but that's about it. I can read it a little better than I can speak it, despite two years of it at school - I just started learning too late and never gave it enough time/attention, really.

YEAH. I realised earlier in the week, "hang on a minute. I don't think she actually KNOWS about this-". :D So, yes. You have totally slept in the exact same spot where Tom's drum kit was set up. \o/ And that's my brother's old wardrobe in the background which yes, well spotted, looks EXACTLY the same as mine. :D ( ... )

indeeeeeeeed. and OH THANK GOD YES. i am so looking forward to this and also plotting fiendishly to reward us both in some way for crappiness of work etc with... i dunno. musicians or chocolate? chocolate covered musicians? i am sure we can think of something appropriate.

well. i suspect it is a There But For the Grace Of God in some ways, but yes, you also make a salient point. *winces again at the sheer imagining thereof*

11. Perpetually behind in such a lovable, flailistic way that no one minds.

I wasn't going to tell anyone! Well, no time soon. That I knew of. Dork :P

If they do, they need to get over themselves. It's one of your quirks. *smooch*

Life is full of references. Or references are full of life. Or being attacked by jedi is making it difficult to concentrate.

Actually, god, that should be my 12. Or possibly i need to swap out an existing one, because "if there is an applicable quote, I will be quoting it" is kind of my approach to life in a NUTSHELL, so, yes.

Hee, Lego Star Wars y/y?

Ohhh dear. Well. At least all this getting stuck in various places is really helping with self-sufficiency and/or getting over any possible claustrophobia?

You make a salient point! And, thank god, generalised claustrophobia I don't really get. Or I would be SUNK. :D
