So last night me and Teri got to go see Shihad at the Powerstation, performing all of Killjoy in order. It was pretty grate, you guys, I LOVE MY BAAAAAAAAAND.

( Shihads! Also there was a fairly lame opening band that I can't be bothered talking about. They were technically profient and dressed like bad cosplay ninjas, but that's really all you can say about them. )

Today I slept in (omg glooooooooorious) and then mooched around the kitchen for a bit and finished reading Pterry's Nation (which I'd started last night) and... oh, man. Yeah. Not at all what I was expecting but a very good book. Mum'd gone out for a long walk with B., and so basically dad and I spent half the day sitting at the kitchen table ( Read more... )

So, Karl saying that he too is a "stage left girl at heart" may not quite have been the pinnacle of the evening, but it was certainly up there. :D I love my boys.
